The Saddest News

Can this really be happening? It can't, it just can't...

Julie says that she overheard Hanna talking to her friends yesterday after we got Lanie's email.

"Guys, I don't know if I really want to keep Hayden. She pretty and everything, but we haven't made a 'connection'," Hanna said. "I think I might return her to AG." Julie says that her friends nodded in agreement.

"Of course, I'm going to keep Lanie once she gets here, but frankly, I know I'm NOT going to keep Hayden. She's going back." After that, Julie ran back to tell me but I was with my new friend from school, Maggie.

I learned this morning. So far, I've thought of this as good and bad. If I go back, then I will have to leave this family that I have known to grow and love. If I go back, I will have another chance at being with Claire. They might put me on a truck to the AG place in Atlanta. Ashley could decide, "You know? I REALLY want a MAG #44. I should get one!" According to Claire, Ashley does want a MAG #44. So there's a good thing about me getting returned! But there is also a lot of bad things.

I've also felt that me and Hanna never really made a connection. I think that she thought I was going to be her perfect doll, the one that she'll keep to give to her grandaughters. But I wasn't. I can't type anymore. Bye.

IT'S HERE!

Today, we received a recommendation form and email from our new Lanie. Here is the form:

Full Name: Lanie Payton Holland
Likes: Gardening, Animals, Guitar, and Daydreaming
Hates: People that litter
Awards: Greenest Girl Award, 2010
Favorite Music: Colbie Calliat
Favorite Color: Lime Green and Hot Pink (<--- Hayden's Note: Huh??)
Arrival Date: October 25, 2010

She sounds pretty normal, no physco things we should know about. Here's the following email:

Hi guys! It's your new Lanie, speaking to you live from my email inbox. Hee hee! I love to crack jokes. :) So, you guys live in Arizona? That's.... cool. I've never been the biggest fan of hot weather; it frizzes up my hair. I think that is the only part about me that is "girly". I'm very down-to-earth and I love everything about the earth! Except earthquakes. I hate those SO much that it's not even funny. <--- "It's not even funny" is my favorite quote/saying/thing ever. ^_^ I also love emotioncons so you will a lot of those in my email! I can be really random so that's why this is a very spazzy email that goes off topic a lot. :) My favorite show is Glee and I have officaily called Artie mine! He's mine... *growl* I have a big poster of all the Glee cast throwing slushies at the camera. I'm gonna bring it with me when I get shipped off. I'm going to hide it in my secret compartment. :) My "secret compartment" is this little hole I cut in my box. It was fun to make it and I can store a lot of stuff in there! Well, I can't wait to see you guys! Bye!

Hanna's parent shave decided that if Hanna comes up with half the money for the doll and other stuff, she can get her early. Luckily, Hanna babysits and happens to be the best one in the neighborhood. So, on Monday she got $28, Tuesday she got $49 (the parents were sponsoring a local benfit so they were gone for a while), and on Wednesday she got $35. So she has MORE than half and was able to get one more outfit. :D And, this Lanie sounds NOTHING like the one that tormented me and my friends. :DDD I love life right now. :)

Love,
Hayden

Where have I been?

I've been at school, home, getting ready for Lanie, and other things. Rebecca hogs the computer daily so I'm never able to get on. Hanna hasn't touched us since her sleepover and I've made sure to stay far away from Chloe. If you would ask any of us right now what we thought of our lives, all of us would say the exact same thing.

"Depression."

Hanna seems to be growing out of her dolls and we just sit there, looking at her while she texts her friends instead of playing with us. She goes on Facebook day and night and is forced off it by her parents. When she's not home, we look out the window to see her reading 'Teen Vouge' and 'Seventeen" with her friends on the grass. We also see her enjoying those last few days of warm out by the pool. But we never see her with us.

Love,
Hayden
